Welcome to Nine Fusion Luxury Rides. By accessing and using our website or any of our private transportation services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully before booking. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically to stay informed of any changes.

1. Use of Service

Nine Fusion Luxury Rides provides private transportation and transfer services based on availability. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal authorization from a guardian to make a booking.

2. Bookings

By placing a booking, you guarantee that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. You also confirm that you are legally authorized to complete the transaction. Service confirmation is subject to availability and data validation.

3. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to partial charges or be non-refundable.

  • Changes to the itinerary are subject to availability and must be communicated in advance.

4. Delays and No-Shows

  • Passengers must be ready at the designated location and time. After a reasonable waiting period (15 minutes for standard service), the driver may cancel the pickup and a no-show fee may apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or other events beyond our control.

5. Payments

All payments must be made at the time of booking or as previously agreed. We accept the payment methods listed on our website. Failure to complete payment may result in service cancellation.

6. Passenger Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a ride if the passenger’s behavior poses a risk to the safety of the driver, the vehicle, or others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for any personal injury, property loss, forgotten items, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

  • Delays, cancellations, or booking errors.

  • Missed flights or appointments due to delays beyond our control.

8. Luggage Policy

Clients must inform us in advance if traveling with excessive or special luggage. We reserve the right to deny service if prior notification is not provided and the vehicle cannot accommodate the items.

9. Privacy
